Is this a product we subscribe to?

No. We build software around how you already work, as a project with a clear price. You own it. It is not another monthly subscription you have to bend around.

How do you price projects?

The first call is free. If there is a fit, you get what we will build, when, and the price in writing before any work starts.

Do you submit VAT or Self Assessment to HMRC?

No. We build the list, the chase, and the review around work your team already files. You keep your tax software. We do not pull HMRC figures or file returns.

How long until we see something working?

On a focused project, most firms see first working software in about 3–4 weeks. We usually start with the VAT or document chase that hurts most.

Training and simple notes are included. You can stop there, or keep us on for support and improvements as filing volumes grow.

A free 30-minute call about your firm and the admin that hurts most. Bring your main time-drain, current tools, and rough client volumes. We follow up with a written summary and, if there is a fit, a priced proposal.

We are not a technical team. Can you still help?

Yes. Most clients are partners and practice managers, not developers. You explain the chasing or retyping problem in plain English. We handle the build and explain what we are doing clearly.

Who owns the software you build?

You do. We deliver the code, documentation, and access. No vendor lock-in. The system belongs to your firm.

Do you connect to Xero, WhatsApp, and our email?

We connect to the tools you already use when we build your system. Common paths include Xero, Microsoft 365 or Google email, WhatsApp Business, and document tools such as Dext when the project needs them. Connections are scoped per project, not a prebuilt list of every app.

What do you mean by AI helpers?

Helpers trained on your lists, client rules, and documents, so staff get invoice lines, VAT chase drafts, and outstanding lists faster. In a live system they can send via portal, email, or WhatsApp under your controls. People stay in charge of filing and advice. We only add this where it cuts real hours.

Do clients have to use a new portal?

No. Keep sending work however they already do: Xero, a spreadsheet, photos in WhatsApp. Clients who live in WhatsApp can get a chase or a reminder there, and tap to reply. The portal is for your team’s list, not a login clients have to remember.
